Most enterprises adopted AI faster than anyone could govern it. The models went into production; the governance stayed in spreadsheets. By the time the regulator, the auditor, or the board asks "is our AI governed?" — the honest answer is usually "we're not sure."

Contriqx exists to change that answer to "yes — and here's the evidence."

Why we built it

We come from data — and from the regulated industries that depend on it. For years, we built the data management and governance foundations inside banks, telcos, and the consulting teams that serve them across Europe and the Gulf: lineage, ownership, quality, classification, and the evidence trails auditors actually accept.

That foundation is exactly what AI governance now demands — only harder. An AI system is a data problem wearing a new face: where did the data come from, who owns it, what decisions does it drive, and can you prove any of it? We'd been answering those questions for data for years. AI is the same discipline, raised to higher stakes.

So when we watched organizations try to govern AI with tools built for a slower, simpler era — static registers, quarterly reviews, and PDFs that no auditor could trace — we knew it would fail, because we'd already solved the foundational version of this problem. We believe AI should be run with the same rigor enterprises already apply to finance, security, and risk — continuously, with clear ownership, and with evidence anyone can follow. Not as an afterthought bolted on before an audit, but as a living system that grows with your AI footprint.

We're built for the markets most AI governance tools ignore. Arabic isn't a translation layer for us — it's native, from extraction to evaluation to guardrails. We understand the Gulf and Egyptian regulatory landscape (SDAIA, PDPL, DIFC, ADGM, and Egypt's PDPL) as deeply as the European one (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001) — and we're a PECB Authorized Trainers delivering official ISO/IEC 42001 certification alongside the platform.
